Stoke Reads Design a Plate Competition

As part of the Stoke Reads campaign from the National Literacy Trust and Stoke on Trent City Council challenge your pupils to design a plate inspired by something they have read! They could base their design on a character or scene from a book, poem, comic or play.

Three winners will see their designs brought to life at the Emma Bridgewater Factory and displayed at the festival.

The competition is open to both primary and secondary schools in Stoke-on-Trent. The deadline for submitting entries is Friday 5 May.
